This inclusion enhances the wearers ability to beat the first tackle with ease, whilst simultaneously providing support through the tackle. The nature of the last employed by Canterbury is slightly narrower in relation to more traditional lasts, designed to increase foot-speed when on the field. Canterbury introduce a PU lining around the heel, implemented to increase comfort, whilst concurrently reducing stress around the ankle. With that in mind, essential heel support is also garnered from the external heel counter. This intelligent addition helps to stabilise movement and power you through collision. When it comes to tackling softer surfaces, the stud configuration springs into action yielding power, flexibility and increased traction with equal aplomb. Not forgetting the kickers in the team, Canterbury have recruited a 3D Rubberised print on both feet, increasing the kicking zone on the forefoot for more accuracy and precision.
